Our Design/Build Process from Concept to Construction

STEP 1

INITIAL CONSULTATION

On-site meeting with the homeowner to get a better understanding of the scope of work. We listen to your vision and offer advice when requested. We take all necessary measurements and photos of the existing site.

STEP 2

2D SKETCH AND AGREEMENT

We will present a design agreement that includes a 2D CAD sketch of the project, showing overall dimensions and any critical specifications (route patches, etc.) along with a general description of the work. This includes a bracket price range based on the finish level of your project, with some examples of lower-level and upper-level finishes.

STEP 3

SIGNATURE & DEPOSIT

If the project’s general design and price range is acceptable, a signed design agreement and design deposit is collected in order to proceed with all 3D photo-realistic renderings

STEP 4

3D RENDERING PRESENTATION

Second meeting to present detailed 3-D rendering concepts and discuss any changes or additional options

STEP 5

3D RENDERING FINALIZATION

Revisions to 3-D renderings using the notes from our second meeting which also includes examples of the lower-level and upper-level finishes.

STEP 6

PROJECT PROPOSAL

Third meeting to present all final 3D renderings and review in detail project proposal. If you should decide to move forward with us for the construction, your design deposit goes towards the cost of the project.
