We are very excited about how this screen porch is progressing in the Maple Lawn development in Fulton, MD. This porch has a ton of very cool features, including
- Azek PVC decking on deck and inside of porch
- A Fireplace in the screen porch
- An Underdeck drainage system to allow for usable space under the deck
- A gas fireplace underneath the deck
- Gas fire pit with curved sitting wall
- Coffered ceiling inside the porch
